Arbor and Payments

At Airedale Academy, we use Arbor to make it easy for parents and carers to stay connected with academy life. Arbor is a secure online system that allows you to view key information, receive updates, and make payments for meals, trips, clubs, and other activities, all in one place.

With Arbor, you can:
• View and top up your child’s meal account.
• Pay securely for trips and other school activities.
• Receive important messages and updates from school.
• Check attendance, timetables, and key information about your child.

Accessing Arbor

You can use Arbor in two convenient ways:

1. The Parent Portal (best on a computer or tablet)
The Parent Portal allows you to view more detailed information about your child, such as attendance, reports, and payment history.

Log into the Arbour Parent Portal here

2. The Arbor App (best on a smartphone)
The App offers a quick and simple way to receive updates, pay for meals or trips, and see key information on the go. Once you’ve logged in for the first time via the Parent Portal, you can download the Arbor App from your app store and sign in using the same details.

Guides and Support

If you’re new to Arbor, the following guides will help you get started:

If you have any questions or need help accessing your account, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist you.

Hey there, couldn’t help noticing you’re using Internet Explorer

That’s great and all, and we commend you for pushing through with it. Unfortunately we no longer offer support for IE; it hasn’t received a major update since 2015 and Microsoft are dropping support for it later in the year.

If you’re using Windows 10 and want to stick with a built in browser, please consider switching to Edge. Or, if you really want to enjoy the internet properly we strongly recommend downloading Google Chrome here.
