Exams
Examinations are an important part of your education.
Students must wear full school uniform to all examinations. Morning exams start at 9 am and afternoon exams start at 1 pm, unless told otherwise by the Examinations Officer. Please arrive in good time.

Certificate Collection Procedure
Academic Year 20/21 – will be destroyed in December 2024 if not collected
Academic Year 21/22 – Still available
Academic Year 22/23 – Still available
Academic Year 23/24 – Not yet available
ID will be required when collecting.
If unable to collect in person, someone can collect on their behalf but must have a written consent and ID.
Open times for collection, term time only – Monday – Thursday 8.00 – 16.00 and Friday 8.00 – 15.30pm.
All external exams are governed by national regulations determined by the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) and our adherence to these rules is subject to an annual inspection. The JCQ provides information for students about rules and regulations which apply to different types of examination. This information is shared with students as they start their GCSE courses and electronic copies are available here for reference.
